Wahooo !! We've made it to 9 months!
I can't believe we're at 9 months. Some days I feel like time has flown by, other days I feel like this has been the longest 9 months of my life. All in all, it's been great and I am going to miss feeling the little bumps and kicks I receive on a daily basis but can't wait to hold Cami in my arms.
We had another 3 part Dr. appointment this past Tuesday.
First stop, the ultra sound went well, we saw Cami doing her practice breathing and suckling motions. Her roommate, my ginormous cyst, is still hanging around and giving me dull aches on and off but not causing pain at this point and let's hope it stays that way.
Second stop, stress test. Though it's easy to just sit there it is nerve wracking because you see the heart rate go up, go down, then you can also see when you're having contractions. Last week we were hooked up for 40 minutes or so, this time it was only 20 minutes. There was plenty of movement and activity going on in my belly so the Dr. was happy.
Last stop was the appointment to see the Dr. We listened to the heart beat again, measured my belly, checked my weight, blood sugar levels log and discussed a little about the c-section, removal of the cyst and my anxiety regarding the whole process. The Dr. gave Cami and I a 10 out of 10 and was happy with how everything is progressing and now we're just playing the waiting game and going week to week to see the Dr. (that is IF we make it to the next appointment!) Next appointment is next Tuesday to do it all over again.
My latest pregnancy craving: DONUTS
Waist measurement for ladies at the bank: 41 inches

41???? For the ONLY time in our lives your waist is bigger than mine. Woo hoo. I wish I was there to rub that belly. I can't wait to meet Cami! I bet you will be late...just my guess :) since you're making such a good home for her she won't want to leave. This is the first time in forever my phone has allowed me to comment...if it even works so anyway I look forward to reading more and meeting Cami when we get back in a few months. Miss y'all
